The Zoo

I'm starting to amass a collection of computers, I think.

• sharky: really old Acer Aspire, Arch Linux, Swaywm. The first laptop that set up for real daily use. Stays home.
• weasel (new!): fancy 2 in 1 Lenovo, crazy screen, Arch Linux Artix Linux, Swaywm dwl river Niri with tweaks for the 2 in 1 stuff.
• bluejay (new in that I recently set it up): Raspberry Pi 3, Debian GNU/Linux (Raspberry Pi OS version) Chimera Linux, no gui, acts as my server.
• the PC: Windows 10, only really use it for games. Has an animal-related name but since it's related to an irl nickname for me I don't want to share it.
• greyfox: cheapo offbrand laptop, the predecessor to weasel. Runs Chimera Linux.
• orca: media server, runs Chimera Linux.
• beaver: Chimera Linux VM on weasel.
• otter: another old spare laptop, Chimera Linux.
• tabbycat: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2015, PostmarketOS, xfce or sxmo? don't remember. Has occasional glitches/screen tearing. Used it with Weylus for a bit. Now runs my labwc setup with nwg-grid, not used much because of a weird audio glitch where it emits a high pitched noise that increases when you increase the brightness?? Haven't been able to debug.
• butterfly: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 2015 (the bigger version of tabbycat), PostmarketOS. Now runs my labwc setup with nwg-grid, acts as an e-reader.

Retired:

• chromebook: gets a mention for being one of the first devices I played with Linux on (using crouton).
